AppForWorship1. Our refund promise
This policy is provided by Bourne Apps Ltd, trading as Bourne Apps, for AppForWorship subscriptions purchased through this website.
You can request a refund of the latest payment for your subscription at any time, with no deadline and no questions asked. You do not need to give a reason. This applies to both your first payment and renewal payments.
The amount refunded depends on whether you have a monthly or annual subscription, as explained below. This policy covers the latest payment for the subscription being refunded; it does not refund earlier payments.
2. Monthly subscriptions
We will refund your latest monthly subscription payment in full.
3. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscription refunds are pro rata. We refund the unused part of the subscription year covered by your latest annual payment, plus the whole of the month immediately before your refund request.
The total refund will never exceed the amount of your latest annual payment. There is no deadline for requesting an annual refund.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@appforworship.com with the email address used for your account and the subscription you would like refunded. If you have a receipt or order reference, include it to help us find your payment. Please do not send your password or full payment card details.
Tell us whether your refund request is for AppForWorship Essentials or AppForWorship Plus. AppForWorship Plus includes all Essentials features as well as the music catalogue; a refund ends access provided by the refunded subscription.
5. What happens to your subscription and paid access
When we process your refund, we also cancel the associated subscription and end its paid access immediately. You will not be charged again for that subscription.
Any other subscription you have remains active unless you also ask us to refund and cancel it.
6. Receiving your refund
Refunds are returned through the payment provider used for your purchase, to the original payment method where possible. The time it takes for the money to appear depends on your payment provider and bank.
If your purchase was through Paddle, Paddle is the authorised reseller and handles the payment and refund. You can also get payment assistance through Paddle’s buyer support.
7. Your legal rights
This refund promise is in addition to your rights under applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including any right to a larger or full refund where the law requires it.
